From here, there is no clear single path to learn to design and develop Web sites. After a long time cogitating the issue (and doing other things), I’ve decided to start the next step of the process by teaching you how to make spiffy lists using background images. There are a lot of reasons for this, including the usefulness of such lists in navigational menus and content, and because the techniques you learn here can apply to other, more sophisticated aspects of design and development.
